This repository describes how to get GFP inserted in _Bacillus subtilis_ 168 _amyE_ locus

_trpC2_, _BC207-ble_, _amyE::GFP-cat_

### Phenotype

Trp(-), Zeocin resistant, Chloramphenicol resistant, GFP emission. 

### Comments

168-GFP emitting strain. Barcode 207 present in barcoding site between _ybxH_ and _ybxI_ genes (Zeocin resistant gene was kept next to the barcode sequence). GFP was inserted in _amyE_ using plasmid from Reference (2).
