Genotype
trpC2, BC207-ble, amyE::GFP-cat
Phenotype
Trp(-), Zeocin resistant, Chloramphenicol resistant, GFP emission.
Comments
168-GFP emitting strain. Barcode 207 present in barcoding site between ybxH and ybxI genes (Zeocin resistant gene was kept next to the barcode sequence). GFP was inserted in amyE using plasmid from Reference (2).
